These are the tools I wish I'd had earlier in my career, so I built them. Each one solves a problem I kept running into myself. Product work is often invisible to the people making decisions about headcount and promotions, so I wanted to give something back to a community that's shaped so much of my own career. That's why every tool is free to use. I'm still building, so keep an eye out for what's next.
Choose the AI version if you want the tool to do the thinking for you. You'll copy it into a Claude project or a custom GPT, and from there it walks you through the process interactively, asking questions and adapting as you go.
Choose the Word version if you'd rather work through it yourself, or if AI tools aren't allowed at your job. It gives you the same structure in a template, ready to fill in at your own pace.
